Added about 70 new people!
2 December 2008 - 3:54:02pm Thanks to a family tree drawing I came across(refer to previous news), I have been able to add about 70 new people to the tree. Unfortunately due to the drawing not being very clear, not all names might be correct, which I would try to correct if possible in future.
Adding data worth about 7 generations!
1 December 2008 - 8:44:25pm Yesterday I got my hands on a hand sketched family tree from one of my relatives, and it has names till about 7 generations back!! I now know the name(but only name) of my great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. How cool is that?! I have started merging them into this family tree, but not all names are very well readable. While I am adding the name, you may see the actual photograph of the chart in my media section.

Is he my Devar or Jija? :)
7 January 2008 - 10:07:20am Yes, you can now start finding Hindi/Indian relationships between close or distant relatives, such as bhabhi/nati/devar etc.! Just change the language on the top bar to Hindi, and use the "relationship chart" to find the hindi relationship names. This is work in progress so not all relationships are covered yet.
